The building I think still new. The place is located next to the minimarket and a big road. Have a parking area for several cars and motorbikes. The room and bathroom are clean, with no dust or bad smells also have the water heater but haven't tried it. The bedsheet and towel are in good condition. The TV provides local channels. AC is in the good condition, and working well.
